Thanks so much for visiting my company's website and learning about me and my team. I would really love to meet you, so please contact me when you can or look for me on the beach or in the mountains!

“Hello and thanks for reading more about me.  I’m a Kill Devil Hills resident, born and raised in Suffolk, Va. Being part of a farm family, we never ventured far, so the Outer Banks was our destination for weekends and vacations. When asked at my high school graduation what I wanted to do, I replied without hesitation, “Open my own business on the Outer Banks.” I’ll always be grateful to the beautiful Outer Banks and its people for helping my childhood dreams come true!

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Networking and Communications, from Christopher Newport University, Newport News, VA. Prior to working on my IT degree, I studied Art and Design as well as Photography at TNCC and Finance at VCU.  I began my computer consulting career in Kill Devil Hills in the 1990′s with Global Computers, later known as MABC. In 2005, after working almost a decade as an IT Consultant and Network Administrator, I started my business known then as TJ Computer Services. By 2010, my business had grown to provide many professional computer solutions to Outer Banks small businesses. The business name Outer Banks Computer Solutions naturally evolved.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Kevin, two children Brandon and Cassidy, yellow lab Sam and two cats Taz and Leia. I love lazy days at the beach, entertaining out of town guests, having fun with girlfriends and neighbors, listening to music, and traveling wherever a plane or train will take me. My favorite hobbies are attracting hummingbirds to my yard and photographing the many beautiful opportunities I see before me. I love the fall season on the Outer Banks more than any other time and have fun visiting with other locals at our fabulous restaurants and shops once the summer season ends. When not out and about, I can be found watching Carolina Panthers football, UNC basketball or Red Sox baseball, even when they aren’t playing that well.”
